Where do we ship from?

All products stored in-house come from New Jersey in the USA. All products are in-house unless otherwise noted.

Do you take returns/cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within the following guidelines:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase/before item is shipped

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What days do you ship?

Packages are sent out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sometimes Saturday. National holidays excluded.

What does it mean if something is on preorder?

Pre-order means that all the hard stuff on my end is done, I’m just waiting for the actual product to come to me Prints and stickers are made by outside manufacturers (unless otherwise noted) for the highest quality and value If something is on pre-order, that means I’ve sent it to our printers and I’m waiting with you to receive the product so I can send it off to you! Timing usually takes about 2-3 weeks, maximum.

Can I request something custom?

I don’t offer commissions currently (aka a whole new work of art from scratch) but am willing to take customization requests on existing works. Note that stickers cannot be customized at this time unless you order in bulk. Contact me for details: dani@samslostshoe.com
